This is a really great example of using Youtube to interact with what some may consider a boring product. I won’t spoil how the story, but I would really like to hear feedback on what you think of it, were you impressed or was it boring? The major question is : will it generate sales? One thing is for sure, that it has increased brand awarness as it has gotten more than 2.6 million views since the 25th of August 2010. Facebook are starting to use their Facebook page to communicate more effectivley, for example as well as keeping you up to date with the latest news they are starting to deliver useful videos such as the one below. Up to now communicating and expecially from a customer service persepective they have been poor. I often get calls from Clients with small questions from client issues with trying to find anything on the Facebook help pages.
I was watching the TV last night (a rare hobby) and I noticed that the advertisements have gone from displaying a micro-site to driving consumers to a Facebook page.
