MBA Thesis Survey based on Emotional Intelligence (EI) levels and Leadership Styles and Outcomes
As part of his MBA (Masters degree in Business Administration) at the university of Limerick, Gary Power needs a survey filled in and the more people that fill it in the better the quality of his results.
He is looking for either Senior-level managers or entrepreneurs to fill it in.
I have filled it out and it takes about 20 minutes, I would really appreciate it if you take the time out to fill this in.
Also, please see PDF file which outlines the Thesis survey.
Mark.
Here is a the message from Gary:
I am requesting your assistance in completing a questionnaire which has been approved by the University of Limerick Research Ethics Committee as part of my MBA Thesis.
I have attached a document which details the background in relation to the questionnaire, and why your participation is requested. Please note that all responses to the questionnaire will be treated as confidential and used for academic purposes only. The title of the thesis is:
‘Is there a difference between senior-level managers and entrepreneurs in the context of their Emotional Intelligence (EI) levels and Leadership Styles/Outcomes’?
Please find below the link to the survey:

I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the questionnaire. I would also suggest that if possible, this email, with the questionnaire included could be sent on to your own contacts / colleagues who might be interested in taking part. I will ensure that the findings of this study are distributed to all that take part in the questionnaire.
