Good presentation. Would be interested in expansion of the section on metrics for social media measurement.

During the presentation I did not talk specifically about which metrics to use and which are best, etc. I did make the point that your metrics need to be tied to your business and marketing objectives. I also made a further point, from a financial perspective, if you don’t measure your effort then your effort goes from been an “investment” to becoming “expense”.
