If you want to add your blog posts to your facebook account here is a simple way of going about it.
The first step is to log-in into your facebook account and then go to http://www.facebook.com/editnotes.php link.
Next you enter you feed address into the Web URL box (which I have highlighted in red), in my case my feed address is http://feeds.feedburner.com/ConsultMarkBlog as I use feedburner.
Tick the little tick box (which I have highlighted in green) below this field if you agree with the terms and click start importing. If the feed has been found successfully then you will be given the option to start importing, click the confirm input.
