Enterprise acceleration centre breakfast morning - Sales and social networks

Last Thursday I attended the enterprise acceleration breakfast morning as organised by Graham Royce (Manager of the leap program) and Donncha  Hughes (Manager of the enterprise acceleration centre). There were approximately 25 people in attendance. A talk was given by John Caldwell an MBA (I know John from the MBA in the University of Limerick) and an experienced sales and sales team manager.
Below is the presentation he delivered on the day, but as with most presentations the value was gained in the question and answers session which followed, as stories and experiences were shared. As part of the discussion  there we quite a few questions on social media and social networks and their relevance to marketing and sales. As a result of these question I volunteered to give a talk on social networks and their relevance to Sales and marketing in March.
